"I had to have a tooth pulled. They were able to get me in promptly. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming which helped since I was always nervous about dental work. The Oral surgeon Dr Huang, was excellent, I didn’t feel a thing and was surprised when I found out the procedure was already done! Great work by great people. I highly recommend Columbia dental."

"I was scheduled for the wrong procedure and had to get rescheduled the following day at 1:00. However the following day neither I or your other office was able to get a hold of this location to inform that I would be 15min late due to traffic. Exactly at 1:15 I arrived and was met to lock doors at blank stairs as I tried to communicate that I had an appointment at 1. This is the only dental office in my location that accepts Husky care and it is not exactly close by. It is incredibly frustrating that this is the treatment individuals with Medicaid get here."

"DONT COME HERE!!!! They can’t keep track of peoples records and and X-rays. The first time I was in the office I had to wait a hour because they couldn’t find my X-rays then the dentist finally came to see me for 3 minutes just to tell me I need another appointment. The second time they told me they couldn’t find my insurance when I was just here two days. There were two other woman in the office, they couldn’t find one the lady’s X-rays and the didn’t book the other lady’s appointment this office is a joke."

"Doctor Huang removed all four of my wisdom teeth with no problems, assuring me through the entire ordeal. He was very gentle, and my face barely swelled post-op! I kind of forgot the name of the lady who helped me with the nitrous oxide, but she was very caring and nice as well, she let me hold the suction!! When I originally called, the first lady who picked up told me that my insurance wouldn't cover the nitrous oxide (I have husky D) and that I would have to pay out-of-pocket for it. When I called back there was a different lady talking to me and she told me the opposite! (That my insurance does cover the nitrous.) These phone calls were very confusing but overall I am glad that my infected wisdom teeth are out now. My appointment was at 12 PM and I ended up waiting about an hour and some change, but I didn't mind. They were the only dental office willing to take me due to my age and preferences."

"I got my wisdom teeth removed from this place and feel much better but this place is very odd when it comes to customer service. Front desk, two ladies, one of them was very nice and someone like me who is coming from 45 minute drive with someone else was very helpful and guided me with my insurance. The lady that I called the morning of my appointment, (second lady) said a whole different time and said to me i can keep my appointment time if i wanted to. WHY IS MY APPOINTMENT TIME CHANGED BY YOU FOR YOUR OWN SCHEDULE?! When I went inside, the nurse and doctor were having very different conversations and i and a hard time communicating with either one of them."
