"All the staff are great at this location. Recently I saw, Sherri, the Hygienist at First Choice Dental. She is a pleasure to see every 6 months for my teeth cleaning. By far, she is my favorite hygienist. She gives honest and logical advisement to help you "keep your teeth for the rest of your life". Sherri is thorough! Note: It may be a bit difficult to get your 1st appointment, as they are well sought out by many patients. However, as long as you can wait the month it may take to get your 1st appointment and you stick to the appointment scheduling from the front desk, you will be set for your follow-ups that the doctor/dentist suggests for your teeth health. Well worth the wait and I am pleased that I was lucky enough to find this dental office."

"I’d give zero stars if that were an option. I made an appt for my almost 17 yr old son, to see the dentist. We’ve been going there for over a year now only because most places don’t take our insurance. We certainly don’t go there because they’re good at what they do, or because the office is nice and clean. It’s literally a filthy dump. Anyways, the office called me to reschedule the appt stating that the dentist would be out of the office that day. They rescheduled us for 2 months later. Then 2 weeks before that appt the office called me and said they needed to reschedule us AGAIN for the same reason. This time it was pushed out for a month later! I also had a cleaning scheduled for myself in June, well they called me and said that the hygienist was going to be out and they would need to reschedule me. The next available appt was in FEBRUARY OF 2024!!!! Today was my sons appt so I drove him there and waited in the car with my 7month old niece (as I’ve done many times in the past). I then got a phone call from the office supervisor telling me that I needed to be there in the waiting room in order for them to see my son. I explained that I’ve never brought him inside and that I was feeding the baby in the car. I also explained that I had previously signed a form stating that my son could be treated without me being there. The woman on the other end of the phone was extremely rude and demanded that I come inside with a screaming child in tow, just to sit in a waiting room. I explained that my son will soon have his license and will be driving himself to his appts. She told me that it was against policy and I would still need to miss work to bring him. She basically called me a liar and said that they had never treated him in the past without me there, which is just not true. I have brought both of my children to other dentists and doctors offices over the years and have never been forced to wait in the waiting room when they were older. Obviously I would go in if they were little but my son is almost an adult. It makes no sense, and since they’ve seen him plenty of times with out me being there, this tells me that this woman just wanted to be difficult and argumentative. She was so rude that we ended up leaving before the dentist even saw my son. I have never seen a dentist office operate so poorly in my life. So if you’re thinking about making an appt here I highly recommend you find somewhere else!"
