"I have to disagree with the negative review I read here. My experience has been the opposite. Dr. Ardon has been helping my family member for almost two years now and has been nothing but professional, knowledgeable, caring and responsible. She has given advice and recommendations based on her extensive experience and up to date knowledge and familiarity with both older drugs and the latest ones. She doesn't take chances with her prescriptions or her treatment plan even if it makes her unpopular. She stands by her beliefs and is not money hungry or in it for perks from pharmaceutical companies like some doctors are. I trust her implicitly with my loved one's care, and that is saying alot. The office staff is polite and helpful and always returns calls. I've never had a problem getting a refill or a last minute appointment for my family member in a case of urgency for whatever reason. They work with you and try to accommodate you, and the LSW that Dr. Ardon works with is also top notch. I recommend this practice to anyone seeking honest, caring help with their mental health issues."

"If i could give zero stars i would. This doctor was treating both my sons and was irresponsible, uncaring and caused more anxiety and stress than anything else. You can't get her or her staff on the phone. She waited months and months before finally agreeing to change a dosage all while my son, my family and my sons teachers told her the "current dosage" wasn't working. She would allow their prescriptions to get within one day of running out before sending a new script.. which means added challenges on the family and the pharmacy... if you have any other option besides this dr... you would be best served choosing someone else."
