"This place is very ghetto and unprofessional. You get there in time for your appointment and your waiting an hour or more. Either because the artist is still not at the shop or because the prior session has now run into your time. On top of waiting, now your waiting even longer for the artist to sketch your design. So if you do come here be ready to be waiting almost 2 hours before the session even starts. The owner can careless about customer service and following up on clients who were not satisfied. Trying to support a small business sometimes isn’t worth it. What also sucks is that there are some great artist here again some not all. And that is very unfortunate."
