"I went here for a traditional sew in 2 days ago and it looks terrible. It’s supposed to be a center part and it’s not even centered. The cut is so bad, I wanted a bob and got a 1950’s housewife cut, I reached out to have it fixed and had to follow up because she didn’t respond the first time. I explained my crunch for time before my event and she just didn’t seem like fixing it was a priority, I guess because she already got my money. I get you have other clients but so was I. Needless to say, the experience was not good, complete waste of money. It looked ok enough when I left but it wasn’t until I got home that I noticed all the flaws. I asked about a refund and that was straight up refused and then told to find another stylist. It was simply a bad sew in job, awful customer service. Don’t waste your time."

"ZERO STARS. I had a terrible experience for the first time since going to hair salons. My hair was falling out after she permed my hair which has never happened to me before. She cut my hair into a boxy pixie and I had to go to someone else to fix it. She is so rude, rough speaking and smells like weed! Took multiple breaks while doing my hair. Despite telling her I am in a hurry for an important appointment multiple times. I will never go back to this ghetto place."

"Awesome experience. I got a protein treatment and my daughter got a silk press and trim. She loved the end result. Natassia was friendly and had good energy. The salon was lovely and clean. I'll definitely be back!"
