"Hello, I had went to this salon from a recommendation in 2021. It was my first Brazilian blowout and I was so nervous but the work spoke for it self. This blowout almost lasted me 4 months!! It was beautiful, Of course through extreme care. The prices are also really affordable compared to nowadays. Connect with your stylists, they’ll take care of you. Saying this I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a affordable long lasting Brazilian blowout. Edit: I was also shampooed and conditioned nice and thoroughly I have a 4c hair type"

"Horrible! I went in to get my hair washed and blow dried- anyone who gets this service knows that this is typically $35 especially for shoulder length hair. The blow dry itself was mediocre. There was no bounce to my hair, just flat and dry looking. She wanted to flat iron it but I prefer to keep it as bouncy as possible so I declined. I asked her if she could wrap my hair so it could at least look better and she told me it was $10 for Bobby pins. Ten dollars!!! I told her no thanks but she ended up saying she would just use hers so I thought okay great. Well the joke was on me because when she completed my wrap I asked the total and she said $55! $55 for a wash and blow dry, literally unheard of!!! I was appalled, like literally so shocked I just gave her $60 cash and left. I actually regretted it and wished I would of disputed more but I blamed myself for not asking first. At the very least I should of gotten my $5 change. I also wished I would of paid with a debit card so I could of disputed the charge once I came back down to reality. Not to mention, this hair salon is not in the best location- they are charging mall prices in the hood. It’s despicable and I will never go there again in my life nor recommend anyone does. The owner is greedy and losing customers rather than retaining them. Horrible business practices, I’m sure they’ll be out of business soon."

"If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I went in there to remove my hair extensions and have my hair washed. The OWNER of the salon told me that it was $20 to remove the hair & $55 to WASH MY HAIR? Mind you my hair is short. She charged a man next to me to wash and blow dry $45. When I questioned the price. She told me that it was a bundle deal $55 for wash & blow dry. But I didn’t go in to get my hair blow dried I only wanted my hair removed and washed. Why am I paying $75 for that. Then she lied to my face and says she doesn’t make the rules, she only works there. The OWNER…… so unprofessional and I Will never ever go here again."

"I have thick natural hair and I had a great experience. My hair was washed thoroughly very well. The deep condition left my hair soft. I got my ends trimmed plus a blow dry/ flat iron my hair came out very straight without too too much heat. If I had to say one thing I would have liked for my hair to be hydrated more after styling. Overall the stylist were very nice , no long wait very welcoming and the place was clean. Great experience a little pricey but worth it I will be back."
