"My girlfriend and I came to visit NY from Chicago, and happened upon this establishment because it was open late. Out of all of the places we've been to in the entire city, this was the only place that was a disappointment. The service was slow (despite us being the only customers there) and the food was mediocre and overpriced for the quality, and they decided to help themselves by adding their own tip, but still left space for you to tip more. I expected NYC to be expensive, but even during that same trip I discovered that I could get much more than 2 mediocre entres for over $90 anywhere else."

"This place robs people of there meal. They don't sale a quarter piece of chicken only a half of chicken. However, they charge everyone for a half of chicken and don't give them the breast. They steal the breast from your order and serve you the back. This happened on many occasions. Please stay away from this restaurant. If they need to steal from their customers what else are they doing behind the scenes. The cook was told by the owner to rob the customer of the most important and expensive part of the chicken and give them the back, which is scraps. I will be reporting the to the health department for stealing and false advertisement. This is not a mistake this happens on a continuance basis. Store needs to be shutdown. I should not even have a peice of the chicken back in my order at all. They make more money stealing from their customers than serving food. I would never go back. Disgusting for them to do that. Reply to your response: this is not defamation if it's true and your response proves my fact. This is not a mistake because I over looked it on a previous occasion. However, after talking with friends who also experienced the same thing makes this a fact. When you steal the most important and expensive part of the chicken on numerous occasions from numerous people this is not a mistake. The only one that eats good there is your family. The hard working customers who spend their money there get feed scraps. If I don't let the customers know what's going on how would they know, unto they experience it themselves. Now at least they have a choice to choose. My only question is if this restaurant has to steal from their customers in the kitchen, what else are they doing in the kitchen that the customers do not know. I'm not writing this for you I am writing this for all the customers that you have been stealing from. You are right I did not come back for the chicken because I shouldn't have to. I will never come back. You can give what you stolen from me to your family and close friends because that's the only ones that eat good at this restaurant not the customers. $18.00 for a half of chicken and rice in beans is very expensive. For you to steal the breast and give people the chicken back is robbery, disgusting ,and an insult to our community. You would not serve that below 96st so why do you serve it in our community. There are many other Latin restaurants in Washington heights. Now the customers can choose wisely. They cannot say they have not been warned. And for the restaurant please do better for your customers and the community."

"Super Friendly staff, you need a lot of stomach. FYI big portions so be wise when you order, strong drinks, so you won't need a lot of drinks hehe, food was tasty but in my opinion was good, my other friend said needs a lil of salt, so depends on how much you like salt. Our server was extremely nice, we went for a concert that night and we had a bunch of leftovers, we asked the server if he could save the food for us and then come back for it at the end of the concert, he said yes. So we came back and we had food for 1 more day!"
