"The meats are delicious, the cowboy beans are fine. The sides are why this place doesn't get 5 stars. It all sounded delicious, but the cornbread was tasteless, the mac & cheese lacked salt and flavor, even the brisket chili was boring. Still giving 4 stars for food because the brisket, ribs, pork belly and sausage are delicious. I will go again, but get meat by the lb takeout."

"For BBQ in Connecticut this was as good as it gets. Place was empty when we went in but it was very early. Waitress was lovely and gave us crayons for our slightly frantic daughter. We had brisket and pulled pork. Cowboy beans were excellent. Sauces were good."

"Southern BBQ, food was fabulous!! Small place , great service. Started with the pork belly burnt ends, which melted in your mouth. Then, I proceeded with the 2 meat special, pulled pork and brisket, and came with 2 sides and 2 sauces, so I picked coleslaw and the cowboy beans. I had to pick an extra side and try the collard greens. Also came with jalapeño cornbread. Cowboy beans are incredible. I could not eat all that food myself, bringing it all home with a to-go- order of raisin bread pudding. "Smells heavenly"!!!!! I suggest going to try it out, can't go wrong with anything on the menu"

"The food was AMAZING! You know it’s good, if I order a Mac and cheese just for myself and I do not like Mac and cheese lol. Because of Noble, I do now! The chopped brisket melt was amazing, and the barbecue sundae, WOW! I loved the noble quesadilla! I wanted the nachos but they were out, but it was okay because I do not regret what I ate. The service was friendly but they only had 2 waitresses which made it harder for them but they were so sweet. The atmosphere was clean and the food was SOO GOOD, I can’t stress it enough!"

"I was flipping through the places to eat in Mystic and am I glad I decided on Noble. Very small dining area makes getting a table a bit tricky but once seated the food was out of this world good. We decided to just sample some appitizers and ordered the Nachos topped with brisket, The BBQ Sundae and the Corn Chowder soup. If you have never tried the BBQ sundae it is a must when you visit. Piping hot sweet potato on the bottom covered with Mac N Cheese, pulled pork, baked beans, coleslaw and Alabama white sauce adorned with cornbread. Topped with a drizzle of BBQ sauce it might make your knees just a little bit weak. My girlfriend told me we will be back for another sundae soon. Check them out."
