Kelly Graling

Kelly Graling is a health institution located at 1 North Broadway in White Plains, New York, United States. Dr. Kelly Graling, the Clinical Director, supports the Co-Founders, staff, and clients to access CBC services and manages daily operations. She is an expert in DBT and supervises CBC staff, leads DBT skills training groups, and conducts individual CBT and DBT therapies. Dr. Graling specializes in treating mood disorders, trauma, anxiety disorders, interpersonal difficulties, personality disorders, suicidal and non-suicidal self-injurious behaviors.

Before joining CBC, Dr. Graling was the Training Director at CBT California in Los Angeles, where she initiated and implemented the Adolescent DBT program. She has extensive training in CBT and DBT and has trained and supervised clinical psychology graduate students at UCLA. Dr. Graling completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Boston and an APA accredited internship at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City.

Dr. Graling's research interests include implementing DBT in schools and organizations, emotion regulation in borderline personality disorder, adolescent development, and gender and sexuality. She has published peer-reviewed papers, book chapters, and given presentations on these topics.
