"I was welcomed like an old friend on arrival at the office and was taken to the dental hygienist, Jessel, on time. I am an 89 year old male who has had a gagging issue during the X-ray procedure since I was a kid. Jessel treated me with kindness, patience and respect and used some techniques I’ve never seen before. The result was that I got through the process with a minimum of discomfort and, for the first time in 89 years, the dentist did not have to take the X-rays himself. Jessel executed the process herself flawlessly. Dr. Gary Markovits came in to the room when Jessel finished her work and took care of the issues she had professionally defined for him. He was caring, professional and put me even more at ease than Jessel had done. This office is A1 in my book."
