"It was a good experience. Everyone was helpful, courteous , pleasant and professional. My one issue was the blankets were like a big gauze pad and so thin you needed several to stay warm. And they lacked pillows."

"This is perhaps the best emergency room experience my wife and I have ever had. My wife came in with severe back pain. From the moment we entered the building, The staff, Doctors, Nurses and Technicians were exceptional!! The place runs like a well oiled machine. We thought they were all on some “ Happy Medicine”. The place was buzzing but they all treated everyone with care and compassion. They seemed to genuinely care and enjoyed what they were doing. What you all do is so important. Thank you for showing that a visit to the ER can be a “ positive experience” Special thanks to Dr. Brown and Pam, a bolt of energy and enthusiasm… every ER needs a Pam…God Bless."

"So I took a drive to this hosp to go to urgent care for lower back. Was seen pretty quickly, not a lot done just the basic work up. My biggest complaint is in the ER area (nursing station are) the staff is extremely loud, I heard the women staff carrying on cursing laughing like they were at a bar for happy hour it was kind of disturbing and unprofessional. I’m not saying there can’t be downtime but they need to be very mindful about the about the volume of their voices. We are here for care, the staff should not be heavily engaged in conversation with each other. This is a place of work for them."

"I went in for an upper back injury. The wait time was long but once I went in I understood why, there were patients with more urgent cases. Someone did come around and ask if she could do anything to make out visit more pleasant which was nice. When I was called up to go inside, I saw how busy it was and fully understood why it took so long to get called up. All the nurses, doctors, and other staff were all on the move checking in on everyone, even the patients loved ones. I thought it would take some time to have someone come check me out due to how busy it was but that's wasn't the case. I had doctors check me out and ask about my pain level. They listened to every detail I had to give. As soon as I finished they told me what I would be getting for medication and went on to check someone else out. Not even 5 minutes later a physician came by to give me a run down on what it could most likely be and explained it really well. I was in and out within 10 to 15 minutes. Hands down it was the greatest ER experience l've had considering the circumstances given. Great job to everyone and WP Hospital."

"After having a bad experience when my dad was in there. Today I went to ER and was greeted by great nurses that were very professional and helpful. I was very impressed with quick diagnosis by ER doctor. I was quickly taken to ultrasound. Was treated so well they made me feel I was in good hands. I have to say today was a very good experience. Hope they continue this great service."
