"Other than the long black hair in my over priced pretzel on my birthday, drinking from a cup that was sticky on the outside peeling my elbows off of the table, I had the worst possible food experience in my life. I ordered door dash, and what I got was not only completely wrong & inhumane. It was colder than freshly freezed ice cubes of of santa’s north pole. It was 2 half dollar sized black pucks with 4 shiny hard raw onions. I ordered a smash burger with grilled onions. The bite tooken is for dramatic affect. Absolute 0 out of any number of stars I have the option to choose from. I recommend to not go here. Someone should egg the building."
"The most unresponsive bar I have ever been too. One bartender on a Saturday night with a betting parlor in the rear. College football ablaze, yet an empty bar. The bartender was missing half the time and other patrons complained. Your incompetence for hiring the appropriate people has cost you business. Mine now as well as the five people that were with me. What a shame. Great idea and venue, yet your staff is lack luster and unfeeling. You reap what you sew. Good luck to you but I and others now hope for a better ownership that can relish in the good fortune that your idea presents. Last time customers, Michael and crew"
"Waitress was nice , Beer was warm pretzel was tasty and huge. Fish n chips and fries tasted like was cooked In old oil . Sampler was ok ."
"The food was ok. The service needs attention example appetizers served with no utensils or plates to eat properly with napkins. Place was clean also handicap accessible with plenty of parking."
"We had a pretty good meal at Arooga’s! We went on a Monday night, so it was kind of quiet, but we thought everything was very modern and clean inside. Pretty cool that they have an entire sports betting room, I can’t think of another place in this specific area that has anything like this! I’ve been seeing some pretty negative reviews about the food that I’m surprised by. Maybe they’ve improved since the time of those reviews, but we didn’t think anything was bad at all. The one critique we had was that the garlic parm wing sauce could’ve been a lot more flavorful. My fiancé loved his burger, and the Stromboli was awesome! The cookie pizza was a win for dessert. I would put this place in front of other chains like Chili’s, Applebee’s, etc. The servers were all friendly too and the food came out quickly!"
