"As a first time parent, I don't recommend Dr. Butt, for the following 3 reasons: 1. She does not know how to speak in a way that can teach parents on how to do things. Instead she belittles you and makes you fear about going to the doctor and makes you worry that your child is not doing well. She also fears first time parents about their newborn losing weight soon after being born, when this happens to almost all newborns. 2. She doesn't know about breastfeeding and not interested in you wanting to take this path to feed your child. She tells you to ignore what the lactation consultants say, and to instead just give formula without providing any other suggestion on how to improve your breastmilk supply or provide a referral. 3. She still tells parents to clean their child's belly button with alcohol while new research and the AAP tell you to only clean with water and soap."

"I can’t find words suitable enough to express how much my family & I love Dr. Butt. She never makes us feel like we’re being rushed. Takes the time to explain whatever needs to be explained. She makes the children themselves feel heard & seen. As for that parent that gave her a 1 star for not being seen after arriving 30 minutes late— what did you expect??? You’re infringing on her time that needs to be used for other patients. So 15+ children have to be seen late, or even worse— rushed, because of 1 person? That’s a little banana sandwiches. When I gave birth this April, I set an appointment for my newborn to see her the day after leaving the hospital. I was a hot mess that day- body was sore, had like 3 pads on, trying to deal with trying to get the baby to latch so I can feed him before the appointment…all this to say that I knew I was going to be late, so I called AHEAD of TIME to let her office know. I got there 50 minutes late, looking like a straight horror show. I fully expected and ACCEPTED that they might reschedule me, but instead they stated that they saw the note attached stating that I was going to be over 30 mins late, and I was seen. So. There’s a time to blame and there’s a time to reflect on who’s really in the wrong. If you’re looking for a pediatrician for your child, you can’t go wrong with Dr. B."

"Dr. Butt is one of a kind. She is knowledgeable, caring and attentive to the needs of children. My teen daughters rave about her and feel extremely comfortable and loved by Dr. Butt. The level of care and compassion extends beyond the call of duty for Dr. Butt. She is thorough, passionate and a great listener. We are blessed to have her care and advocate for the needs of the girls."

"We can't say enough good things about Dr. Butt! I was very picky when it came to choosing the right pediatrician for my first daughter. Dr. Butt came VERY well recommended, but I still wanted to make sure the fit felt right & it did! Dr. Butt as well as her staff are so amazing! She takes her time EXPLAINING everything to you and lets you know ahead of time what to expect. She makes you feel heard and if anything, ever arises she or one of her staff members are easy to contact via the patient portal. Amazing pediatrician, we love her!"
