"The doctors and office staffs are great! Very easy to make appointments for the sick visits. And whenever I have medical questions, it's very easy to get hold of the nurses. Unfortunately, we have to move to another state. It is very difficult to find another pediatrician provides same level of service as them. Really miss them!"

"They don’t know how to bill insurance. My co pay is always $25. I keep getting bill for over $300 for one visit for strep throat test. Also just got a bill from almost 2 years ago for full physical where I never pay even co pay. Called the office was told they will fix it and bill my insurance and yesterday l got a bill from them with billing code strep throat and office billing problem. I am not paying for strep throat test that was done twice because they lost it. Not my problem. Looking for another doctor for my boys."

"There are not enough words to describe how amazing this office and Dr. Villa are. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. We had an apt for routine shots and mentioned a slight rash on his chest; the nurse practitioner called us a couple of days later to follow up with a referral for an allergen specialist that accepted our insurance. She went out of her way to grab that information for us. Every time we’re in the office we have an amazing experience and the staff is awesome with our little one. We transferred from a pro health physicians pediatrician and they cannot hold a candle to this. "I am very confused by the negative reviews I am reading about Dr. Villa and her office. My son has been seeing Dr. Villa for 2 years, and we have always been very pleased with the care received. She is knowledgeable, takes her time, and is very friendly and gentle. The front desk staff is wonderful; they answer the phone quickly, provide requested records promptly, and are very friendly. Her medical assistants are SO great; my son loves interacting with them, as they are playful with him and get the unpleasant parts (shots, pokes, measurements) done fast and through a game! The office is clean, easy to locate, and has a large parking lot."
