"What a joke this place is. I went there for a 10am appointmet the small lobby was jammed with people waiting. There is no one there to talk to.There are 2 self check in tablets. I checked in and couldn't wait in there because it was so crowded. So the tablet has an option to get a text when your appointment is ready. It never text me. I just left. Never going back here again."

"I have terrible veins I recognize this but the phlebotomist who drew my blood was fast and efficient. I always come to this location and never have any issues. I was also a walk in and was expecting to wait a long time but it up being 5 minute wait. I almost always make an appointment but this time I couldn’t because I didn’t expect to be coming to this location. If I could rate this experience 10 stars I would!"

"My husband and I went for routine lab work yesterday. It is the most unfriendly environment we have encountered. The staff clearly does not like working there.We are in our 80's and tried to sign in and it took us a while to finish. I was called first then my husband was called. When the nurse called his name another man stood up and went in but it wasn't his turn. The nurse came back out and called his name again and asked why he didn't come when she called him. She was very rude and he felt embarrassed. No one in there ever smiled or made you feel comfortable. I'm going to relate this to my doctor and we'll never go there again."

"I went here for blood work for genetic testing, gender, and glucose testing for my baby. I made an appointment ahead of time and didn’t have to wait any crazy amount of time even though there were lots of walk ins. I had to wait in my car for an hour after drinking the glucose drink to actually have my blood taken and the moment she saw me walk in she called me right back into the room. The ladies were SOOO nice!! I do not handle getting blood taken very well at all, and they kept me calm, made me feel comfortable, and talked and walked me through it all and they were honestly awesome. I’m beyond grateful for them making this experience such a positive one for me"
