"I’ve never written a review before but feel compelled to tell everyone the awful experience and service my parents just received from the owner Gregory Scott himself. We were renewing my mother’s home insurance coverage and Greg was inattentive and allowed the insurance to lapse due to the insurance carrier’s online platform not working correctly, while insisting that everything was “fine.” When my mom went into his office and asked what was going with her home insurance he instantly became defensive and began aggressively yelling at my mom to take her business elsewhere and insinuated that the reason her insurance lapsed was because she was incompetent and couldn't work a computer, stating “it’s not rocket science.” My mom left his office shaken up after the way he verbally assaulted her. I DO NOT recommend Scott Five to anyone and I certainly would urge unaccompanied women to not go there alone. I wish there was an option for zero stars."
