"I would have given 5 stars to the doctor if this was only regarding him , he was professional and compassionate and genuinely cared about my 2 year old. Unfortunately the angst and stress I had to go through for 4-5 hours of checking in and rechecking in with unfair and unkind behavior of an unfriendly staff member was unacceptable and no apology offered only a bad attitude. One hour ride there and 7 minutes late in a rain storm which I had called ahead to inform of this. I would not recommend this place . Go somewhere child friendly . You are made to feel you are bothering the staff."
