"I had an mri with contrast done one full week ago. My technician was fabulous. She was super nice, explained the process step by step. My issue was the nurse. That is why I am giving one star, just because of this nurse. Super rude, couldn’t care less about the patient, didn’t obviously want to help Or care about anything. My veins are super easy to find and she still managed to hurt me putting the iv in. I still have bruise a week later. If this helps to find out who she is: Farmington radiology, 9.15 am mri appointment on 1/27/24. Please remove this person out of this location. Not helping your image."

Long story short, I had to call several times, and speak to several people to get my images/reports addended due to my images and report not being accurate and mislabeled. Still not happy with how they attempted to rectify this situation. Rude staff and they did not take accountability for their errors."

"I have had many medical imaging studies done at this facility. They have state of the art CAT scanners, MRI scanners. Their radiologists read your studies and post them to your online medical access chart in a very expedited manner. They work with most any medical practice and medical modality. All of their staff is very friendly and informative. They have very short wait times when you arrive for your imaging exams. I'm in the medical profession and I can't say enough about this facility and the wonderful people that work here. Both in front of and behind the scenes."
