"By mistake I made my appointment for a different location nearby. When I went to check in, it said I did not have an appointment at that location. I stood there, waiting for someone to come out of the back room. Finally when a woman came out, she told me I was at the unionville Office and my appointment was at the Farmington Office. I asked her if I could still get my blood drawn there. She said I would have to look on my phone for an appointment and that she couldn’t help me. She was extremely rude. I ended up going to the Farmington location after my scheduled appointment. The woman was so helpful and just fit me in. I will not use the Unionville location again. I will always go to Farmington."

"The phlebotomist's must've have a stressful day, they showed it in thier lack of kindness and patience. Apparently it's an APPOINTMENT ONLY location when she told me, "this isn't a retail store." Terrible experience. I've witnessed many unhappy patients walk out of there especially because the new system isn't tailored to all (elders & non English speaking). Top it off with waiting room has an old moldy rug smell."

"After having a very negative interaction at the Bristol Quest I came to the Unionville Quest (what a wonderfully run facility) with kind and professional technicians. Leadership team management needs to recognize the great efforts this location and staff go to to give great customer service!!"

"This is home lab and I’ve been coming here over 5 yrs. Hate to say negative stuff about it but essentially Karla is holding this place together. She’s amazing and if I don’t get her I feel I should just leave. Long wait times inefficient staff other than Karla! I’m sure the other one/ Karen actually violated hippa quite blatantly! She was terrible and I overheard multiple others being disappointed with their visit with Karen!"

"I remember that I visited quite some quests labs across state and this facility is clean and spacious and well arranged. All the nurses I have interacted with during my visits were very supportive and listen to all my concerns/ questions and always worked to help me out. I would have give 5 star to this place but not giving because of one nurse Karla. Today i.e. on Wednesday December 15, 2021 visited this by facility for my lab orders. But she wasn’t supportive and wasn’t ready to listen me. I had few concerns about their system which she could have adjusted as all the nurses in past have done but she clearly refused and when I tried to explain her that it’s was done earlier too she wasn’t ready to listen and gave me a cold face luk. I was bit surprised with such kind of behavior from Karla. She seems to be experienced nurse but she wasn’t ready to listen so coz of this I ended up submitting two samples for same order and my insurance will charge mein twice for same labs all because of Karla."
