"I LOVE Dr. Thomas and Dr. O as well, however the fact that nobody ever answers the phone...in the 4 years I've been a mother it's more often than not that they don't. I end up being on hold way longer than I should be and nobody ever comes so I hang up. The number at the front desk was provided to me for when I needed to contact them directly.....nobody answers that phone either and I don't even call often. Im over the lack of communication and basura phone etiquette from the call center. I miss Taeya and will definitely miss the doctors too, but it's time for our exit."
