"I’ve been going to this dentist for over 10 yrs. Dr Ella ALWAYS took care of me and made sure my teeth were in tip top shape. Since she has left I’m starting to see why. I get different estimates for payment, and I’ve never left the dentist in pain until recently. Very unhappy with a dentist I used to enjoy coming to. Was advised it takes 4 appointments for a root canal and crown. Never heard of this in my life. I don’t even want to return, the environment has definitely changed. I will be looking for a new dentist. The dentist was actually asking the assistant questions about what to use and seemed like he was new. Bad bedside manner and they said I should have complained of pain as he was drilling my mouth. I let them know, I didn’t feel pain until the drilling stopped! My gums were gushing blood and when I got home, I had pieces of (cement?) from a “temporary crown” in my hair! Careless and gross. Receptionist was rude, stating the other receptionist “misspoke” about the price and only charged me half at my first visit. Beware, they are not what they used to be. Seems as though all they care about is squeezing as much money from the insurance company as possible. It’s a shame!"

"Everyone there was so accommodating. I haven't been to the dentist for years and my teeth are ugly no one even mentioned that or made me feel uncomfortable. They gave me the plan for me and worked with my insurance to make the cost affordable. I start my treatment soon I'm so happy I went there."
