"This has to be th worst experience I’ve had with a doctors office. That is saying a lot since I deal with the VA for my own needs. My child is coughing a his poor lungs out and has a fever. The my check his ear and say he has an ear infection and probably some other virus. I made them check for the flu. He was negative. They said I’m good to go. I ask the receptionist what about his prescription for the ear infection. She says he doesn’t have one. Then asks the Doctor and she says oh ya I’ll put the prescription in about 10-15 minutes. I never got any direction on what I was getting or what to do to help my child. This is supposed to be a children’s doctor. Horrible service to say the least and my child will never be back there again. Not too mention my calls they haven’t returned or when they leave you on hold and don’t get back to you. Those are minor things but bad child care is major."
