"Not the place it used to be. Saw Deb Molloy for many years until her retirement. She was top notch. New staff do not have the caliber. They canceled my daughter because the Aprn was sick. Then my daughter got sick and they said SORRY you didn’t get your annual. Well really you were the people who canceled. If you didn’t cancel the November appointment then a conversation about not having an annual would have been a non issue. Seriously that is the biggest Bull story there is. This is part of Hartford Healthcare. Really. Hartford Healthcare is falling apart. What kind of oversight and rules. Who is minding the shop to insure top service?"
"I am having a problem reaching this office recently. I've been a patient here for a few years, I've had telehealth appointments not that long ago. But recently I've been calling for a specialist referral and a prescription refill, I get no answer and no return call after leaving messages. Can someone tell me what is going on, thank you"
"To whoever may see this, I am posting this as a heads up for people. Take my experience with a grain of salt as your own may or may not be similar. My mom is a patient at this office. She has been for over 30 years. By and large, they are wonderful. However, her primary care physician recently retired and since then, it has been nothing but headaches. The issue making me post this is her prescriptions. For whatever reason, getting her scripts has become an exercise in futility and frustration. She can call and call and they say they'll fill it, but do not. Eventually I must send them requests online before they finally fill it. We are not talking about just highly restricted meds, either. Diabetes, heartburn, and thyroid meds are also issues. And this has been an ongoing problem since before COVID. Regardless of how nice the people may be, not getting necessary meds can seriously hurt your quality of life, risk your life, and cause endless amounts of stress until you and your loved ones can sort things out. I am not saying not to go to this office. I don't even expect anything to change by posting this. I am venting more than anything. But perhaps, maybe, someone in the office will see this and try to improve for all patients in the future. Long post, thanks to any and all who took the time to read it. Have a good one and stay safe."
"Please educate your staff they don’t know what they are talking about. I been in the office plenty of times it is huge more than enough space to practice Social Distancing. More importantly than that I have medical condition that prevents me for wearing a mask. Due to the lack of courtesy, knowledge and Professionalism my family would not continue to do business with y’all. Thanks Cheshire Office and Dr. Silver Gov. Ned Lamont issued the new executive order Friday. It requires all residents to “cover their mouth and nose with a mask or cloth face-covering” when they are in public and cannot maintain social distancing. This includes retail stores and essential workplaces, and in situations where a person is in a taxi, ride-share or public mass transit service or enclosed transit stop. If wearing a mask compromises your health or safety due to a medical condition, you will be exempt from the requirement. You will not need to provide medical documentation to prove your condition."
"APRN is great. The receptionists not so much. They would not even try to help me get my E.R. records before the follow up appt. Called several times each time the wait was over 20 min long."
