Reviews
"Provider was amazing. She listened to me and carefully explained everything including her concerns. If I could make her my PCP I would without any hesitation."
"I went in unsure if I needed an X-ray of my fingers that were injured- bruised, swollen. The staff was really nice. The PA examined my hand and I went back in the next morning for an X-ray when it was available. They were very professional and made sure that I received my results before I left."
"The office staff was very efficient in getting me into a room. Medical staff professional and listens well to the patients symptoms. Dr Beverly Carolan was professional, listening, examining and asking question to make diagnosis. Thank you Cheshire urgent care medical and office staff for helping me with pain."
"I was happy to not wait long for attention, the staff were professional and cordial, I felt comfortable with them. However, I don't understand why my Emergency Contact had to be tracked down before an antibiotic was prescribed? As it happens, my contact was my niece who was driving back to NYS in Georgia after picking up her son from school for the holidays. I had to go all the way home to find my niece, then return to Cheshire to get my Rx. This seems like an unnecessary requirement to me. I'm not a invalid, I'm a full time employee. I removed any emergency contact after that experience. Would I have to end up in the ER if I couldn't find my niece? I would like a response about this."
"What a great experience. I had a 4pm appointment, and was taken in right on time. No waiting or delays! The girls at the front desk were very kind and welcoming. I wish I could remember the name of the PA because she was OUTSTANDING. Her bedside manner was incredible and she listened and cared. She was beyond wonderful. I suffer from chronic bronchitis and don’t always show the normal symptoms, which can be frustrating, but she listened and understood and helped me. And now I’m on my way to getting well!"
