"I absolutely enjoy Dr. Limaye and so does my daughter. However, her front desk staff are completely inconsiderate and rude. I had an issue with my daughters prescription that needed to be fixed. When I called and tried to explain, the receptionist cut me off mid sentence and put me on hold. Then, after I got to explain she said she would send a message over to the doctor and resend the correct script. Okay, that's fine. I said thank you and before I could even finish saying thank you, she hung up on me. I find this super unprofessional, especially in a pediatricians office. I really don't want to switch doctors but there needs to be something done about the very rude front desk staff. This has happened on several occasions and I don't appreciate it."

"We absolutely love Dr Limaye’s office! We moved my 9mo son over to this office back when he was around 3 or 4 months old from another local pediatrician office. Our old office just brushed everything off or took everything to the extreme. Here, we feel heard and get detailed explanations to all of our concerns and questions. Definitely a breath of fresh air. We see Maddie for all of our appointments and she is so warm and welcoming! My first time mom anxiety is instantly relieved when she addresses my (long list lol) of concerns. We couldn’t recommend Dr Limaye and Maddie more!"

"I was looking for a new pediatrician for my daughter and after seeing all the great reviews I thought why not... Let's just say I was appalled by the treatment we received as new patients. I thought to myself this must be a joke. As we are walking in to check in to our appointment we are asked our name, drivers license and insurance card. We were given our new patient forms and told to go into room 3.. (It's our first time, how would we know where is room 3?) The receptionist pointed to the room and said take her clothes off for the exam. I thought to myself what is going on and why did we make the mistake of coming here.. it felt as if they wanted to leave for the day and was rushing us out. About 5 minutes into the initial appointment and already in the room, the medical assistant then comes in to ask questions, vitals, weight, ect... Doctor walks in and says "oh, you haven't taken her weight yet, okay ill come back". She comes back after another few minutes, no introduction, sits down, reads her previous medical records and says she's missing these shots, let's give her them and do her physical... we felt so rushed and so uncomfortable. (All while the receptionist opens the door yelling in the hallway to tell us to book her follow-up appointment because they are leaving for the day) We left and couldn't believe what had happened. We left to walk out of the office there was not a soul in the office to give our new patient forms to and no one to greet us out. Appointment was for 430, we were out of there by 4:44. Awful! As we were buckling our toddlers seat belt outside we see the doctor walking out. Talk about awkward as if we didn't already feel rushed. Needless to say we will not recommend this place or come back."
