"There was a time when they were good , but not anymore. I’m more then disappointed. My 3 children have always been there, and now my Granddaughter. So my Granddaughter started 15 months ago ,it’s been horrible. One doctor trying to look in her ears for infection held her so tight he left bruises of his fingers on her head , and last week when I took her for her physical the nurse Zoe cut her leg with the needle!!! And said nothing she quickly covered it up with a band-aid. I had blood on my shirt, when I called to confront them about this they said someone would call back 4 days later still no call. We had to call again and all we got was “we are answering your call from 4 days ago & well we have to do shots quickly , that’s how we do it“ !!!! My Granddaughter screamed when that happened so bad and I thought it was from the shot not knowing that she sliced her with the needle. This should never happened & for her to say nothing ,she should not work with kids . They don’t care and there is NO Accountability in that practice. We are going somewhere else. I spent the last 25 years there with my children. Since Dr. Aloniso left it’s never been the same ."

"I have never had any of the issues others have stated. The front office staff answers the phone quickly even during off hours. I get a visit the same week I call even for minor things. Everyone is very pleasant and never has an attitude. Dr. Vassell is awesome! Convinced these reviews are mixing up this office with pediatric medicine of Wallingford on the other end of Barnes rd."

"the lady who asked for scheduling was so rude to me. Trying to be little me into thinking I just have Covid when I have tonsil stones inflamed tonsils ear pressure. Most likely have tonsillitis as Covid test is NEGATIVE. Told me I can’t have an appointment for sick visit. So hopefully doesn’t get worse over the holiday weekend. Extremely disappointed with the way the scheduling lady talked to me. Never had an issue as I’ve been going here since I was little. Funny how my dad never has an issue getting me a sick visit. But when I call for myself I’m turned away."

"Dr. Pouliot is incredible. She was always amazing with my daughter and I wish she would open her own practice. This review has nothing to do with her. Good luck trying to schedule anything. ESPECIALLY, a sick visit. If you like sitting on hold for 30 minutes, every time you call, this is the spot!"
