"The worst! Had an appointment at 1130, it’s 120 and I’m still in the waiting room. I wonder how long it will take for the dr to come in when I finally get into a room. My employer uses this place so I had no choice but to come here. I wish I could do 0 stars. They don’t even deserve 1."

"Similar to what others have experienced, I had an appointment at 2pm. I waited in the waiting room for 2 hours before being brought back into an exam room where I waited for another 55 minutes. The clinician was in the room with me for less than 2 minutes before dismissing me. Likely because they were closing shortly and wanted to go home. In addition to the horrendous wait times, I am amazed DPH hasn’t shut this location down. While sitting in the exam room I can hear staff outside shouting private and sensitive patient information that violates HIPAA, full names with diagnosis or reason for their visit, including my own information. Hand hygiene doesn’t exist here. Staff came into my room without knocking and were already wearing gloves. I saw staff members who never took gloves off. The staff member who called me from the waiting room already had gloves on, and never changed them when she took me back to the exam room and took my vitals. I work in healthcare, this is unacceptable."

"2.5 hours for a drug screening. The receptionist was having a “bad day” and kept reminding any coworkers in proximity. She was more concerned with her phone(texting) and arguing on it(calls) than entering incoming patients info for appointments. Took people who just walked in over people who had been sitting there. So about 20 people had to sit through her incompetence. She also kept reminding people of the wait times.. hoping they would leave so she didn’t have to stay. How someone so self centered can work with people is beyond me. She shouldn’t be the face of the office. Place is a joke."
