"My son has been seeing Dr Marley, & Dr Harwin since he was 5,in the north branford office ,to bad they closed that office but as my son has DS &,now my son is 23 and even though he should exit out of there due to his age there allowing him to stay as he is very comfortable with both doctors there amazing and I wouldn't want my son seeing anyone else ,and there open on weekend which is great if my son has an emergency ."

"I can't believe I'm writing a bad review for this practice, but thanks to ProHealth here we are. Let me start by saying I'm in my mid 30s and I went to this practice as a baby through childhood. Now my children are patients. I LOVE DR. HARWIN SO I WANT TO MAKE THAT CLEAR. Since ProHealth came in there has been a significant change. Billing issues and errors. Not to mention you can see when a practice becomes solely driven by production. At my son's preventative visits they billed my insurance for everything under the sun. I would have never noticed, but I couldn't understand why preventative visits were no longer 0 out of pocket. With a little investigation, I realized the amount that was being billed to insurance was much different than it used to be. I know a little bit about billing and coding so I know it's going on here. I was staying because my kids really like Dr. Harwin and felt comfortable with him, but now I know that is coming to an end. These issues can't be ignored. There's only one or two nurses that have any bedside manner and a very questionable front staff. Not to mention one of their billing errors was they did not make proper insurance adjustments, which caused me to have a bill that was sent to collections all along thinking they had made the proper corrections. I actually feel sad that this is happening."

"After they sold to pro health it was downhill from there. It’s an absolute travesty what this office became. The people that answer the phone is not even the actual office it’s the “customer service” that answer the phones. They have no idea who your kids are, not personable at all and they are rude. They almost never have same day visits for sick visits because “it’s full” even when you call right when they open the whole day is filled already. We loved Dr. Harwin and tried to stay on his behalf but just couldn’t take it anymore. Oh and to get your records transferred you have to pay for them which is a joke because they are your legal records. Other offices scan/fax them to the next dr for free. Tried complaining to the office manager and the same issues kept happening. The fact their own staff was suggesting to leave and the fact that they were also leaving was also a reason we got out."

"Ever since this practice lost Dr. Torres to retirement, and affiliated with Pro Health, treatment/service have been AWFUL. There have been 2 occasions in the last 3 months were my daughter needed to be seen immediately- once for an ortho concern, once for an asthma related issue. Both occasions we were told there were no emergency openings, and to bring her to a clinic. That's inexcusable and negligent. This is a pediatric office, and if you are looking for a doctor to follow your child closely, or demonstrate any care or concern, this is not a place for you. I will be moving my child to a practice where you can actually call and speak to a doctor or nurse if needed. As it is now, I waited on line for 10 minutes, just calling to confirm my daughters annual exam. AVOID THIS PRACTICE ."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Their front office staff are a total disaster. We have had an issue with both scheduling and billing at every single visit since our child’s birth. When we have shown up to our scheduled appointment we are told we don’t have one that day (despite having a printed appointment confirmation handed to us from their staff at their office during our last visit) or they tell us they have us in for two different dates and times for the same appointment. They are extremely pushy and refuse to take an educated and informed parent’s personal decision for an answer when it comes to making medical decisions for your child. We were billed for additional services we in fact did not receive during a routine check up which is covered by our insurance. After following up we were told by the front office staff on several occasions that the issue had been resolved on their end and with our insurance and that there was a zero balance for the routine visit. This same matter remained outstanding, unresolved and had to be readdressed on several numerous occasions. We thought the matter was finally resolved as we continued to inquire and request confirmation from the staff during check in / check out of each additional visit that the matter was resolved and that there was zero balance on our account. We received mailing that the bill was sent to collections without any notice from this office. RUN. Unprofessional and unreliable best describes this office."
