"I just switched over to this office and I have to say I’m so happy I made the switch. Everyone there is amazing! The office is very clean, everyone is super nice, and the doctors don’t make you feel like you are in a rush. I saw the comment and bad review from a couple years ago and I have to say I don’t believe it. Both my kids were sick two weeks ago and I called and asked if I could go in to get them checked and it was already closing time... they didn’t turn me away. They said they would wait for me and they did. The staff were all there for me 35-40 mins after closing time. They weren’t rushing me or made me feel bad of coming! They made sure my children got the testing they needed and helped me so much! They waited so patiently for my daughter to give them a urine sample( took 30 mins) and not once did they make a nasty or comment that made me feel unwelcomed. They offered me and my daughter water and popsicles for her. I LOVE THIS PLACE and happy to have the Hubina babies there!"
"Our family loves everyone at Dr. Auerbach’s office. They have been wonderful with our two children. They always fit us in for last minute sick visits. Gina has been wonderful as a lactation consultant, always available to help. The Drs are caring and patient with the children. We feel very fortunate to have found a practice that is so wonderful."
"I think this practice is amazing! All the staff are considerate and take every question you have seriously. Their office is beautiful too. I actually chose this office when I was pregnant and found out later I have other friends who go here. I also recommend others to come here as well. It unfortunate that one review from what four years ago is forever there, I don't agree with the review either."
"Bad to worse, (minus 2x stars!) Now I have my chance to repay the rude doctor. I was delighted when I found out he left our children’s practice! After a very sour encounter from the good doctor I requested he never see my children again! Here is the story, you be the judge. I once arrived at the doorstep with a feverous sick six year old child in my arms, asking to see a doctor. Dr. Auerbach was the Doctor in the office. Before entering the building I asked one of his assistants if they could check to see if the doctor would see my son. Because it was five o’clock on a Friday and I though best to ask. She ran inside and back out to me and said, “of course, please, please, come in”. So we did. Just off in the distance was Dr. Auerbach, in clear view of me and my son… he proceeded to say, it’s five o’clock on a Friday and people don’t just show up at the door step without an appointment, saying it clearly loud enough for me to hear him. I replied, but I asked before I came in the building and they told me to come right in. Long story short, he was rude to my face, did not even take a quick look at my child and I had to leave. I replied oudly back to him,” well thank you Doc”.! But that’s not where it ended. He decided to sit down the next day and write me a person insulting letter and mail it to my home. I wish I still had it because I would publish it right here. He goes on to tell me that I had no right to just show up unannounced at that time of day, and that he would not do that to me at my place of business…. And also, that he could tell my son was not really very ill and that it could clearly have waited until the AM, Saturday during regular office hours to have someone see my son. And that was from ten feet away. His letter goes on to call me “Gratuitous, at best” for my reply to him and that surly after I had time to go home and think about what had unfolded I must have seen it his way. This guy is not someone who I would ever take my child to again, this pompous Doctor should close his doors and go back to where he came from. He left a really bad taste in my mouth. But now you know, Dr. Auerbach and Mr. Hide! Good luck."
