"I specifically wrote down the doctors names to whom I also wanted my results sent. HIPPA requires that every patient has the right to have a copy of their own records, and by extension to have them sent, not only to the ordering Physician, but other physicians related to the case."
"Joan was fantastic. They took me at my appt time and I was nervous and she was awesome. Barley felt the prick and didn’t even feel her change the vials and I always feel that. She was gentle and kind and I would specifically go to her again when I have to get blood taken."
"The phlebotomy lady was nice but would not stop talking during my visit. She continued to keep talking about her personal life. While drawing my blood I felt an electric shock from the area of injection (left arm) to my left wrist. She said she may have hit a nerve and that she used the correct needle. To this day I still feel an electric shock in my wrist/ slight burning sensation. I have had my blood drawn before and never has this happened. Not happy and will inquire more about this incident with management."
"My brother showed up with my 82 year old father and the woman said it will be a "wait" and they waited 45 minutes, and then she told them "I am going to lunch." My dad is very sick and we needed the blood work done asap. This place is horrible!! Don't use, go to the Danbury location. Worth the trip!!!"
"I would highly suggest making an appointment. I got there 5 minutes early, nobody was there. I had an issue checking in. The scanner wouldn’t read my insurance card. The nurse had to do it all manually which added some time to my appointment. She was very nice and ensured my insurance went through. When I came out there was about 7 people. If I had shown up 10 minutes later without an appointment, my wait would have been over an hour."
