"I arrived for my appointment at 4:10 p.m. I was the only one in the waiting room. Filled out necessary documents. Had my vitals taken by a nurse who left. I remained in a closed room until 5:25 p.m. when I finally went into the hall, saw no one, no secretaries were there any longer and knocked on a door and indicated “I think I have been forgotten”. Within 5 minutes Dr. Gordon appeared and I told him “I was not happy having put 2 hours in a meter for a 4:15 p.m. appointment.” His reply “you could leave”.. He told me he had a very busy day (I never saw another patient go or come)… And we squeezed you in to accommodate Dr. Cohen”. And then asked “why are you here”? Naturally overwhelmed by this entire experience of having cancer, and what I am now facing for treatment I remained there to hear what he had to say but – totally shocked that a physician would even treat a patient in such an abusive way. I found this doctor unprofessional and uncaring to someone going through such a trauma. I would never let this doctor treat me for anything at all."
