"I embarked upon this therapeutic journey with Kathleen Cairns expecting a modicum of professionalism and empathy. Regrettably, my experience was replete with condescension and antagonism. Kathleen demonstrated an argumentative disposition that was not only counterproductive but also exacerbated my preexisting emotional turmoil. Rather than adopting an open and receptive stance, she seemed intransigent in her views, frequently adopting an adversarial posture that was incongruous with the tenets of psychological care. Shockingly, instead of serving as an advocate for my well-being, she appeared to align her sympathies predominantly with governmental perspectives, atrocities and suppressive human rights stances thereby engendering a perception of me as more of a malefactor, than a patient in distress. What was ostensibly designed to be a therapeutic alliance devolved into a series of confrontational and accusatory exchanges. I felt as though I was subjected to an interrogation, rather than engaging in a process meant to ameliorate my psychological condition. Given the detrimental impact this experience has had on my mental health, I find it imperative to caution potential patients. I unequivocally discourage anyone from seeking treatment with Kathleen Cairns."
