"Rachel is sweet, kind, introspective & has been my favorite mental health specialist to date. She’s not pushy & is always very patient with me & my process. I’d refer anyone here who wants to work on self improvement :)"
"No website. Phone Number brings you to automated system with no clear direction as to who to contact. I selected a random number and left voice message with zero response. Unprofessional. Business should be closed down."
"I virtually met with one of the Nurse Practitioner's (I will spare his/her name in hopes that as a group they can improve their practice)- once for an initial evaluation/consultation and twice for an appointment. During the consultation, the NP seemed very nice. She explained the process and said that I would be getting forms to fill out in the mail. This was fine. Yet the forms that I was supposed to fill out came in one day before my appointment. How was the NP supposed to know anything about me if I did not fill out the forms until a day before and had to mail them back in? This practice has no website/online system or email to contact them. All contact was through phone and voicemail. Next, when I met with the NP for my first appointment, she invalidated my feelings and gave me no useful tips. She also stated that she was going to prescribe me a medication and call the pharmacy to put in the prescription(I have been on this medication for over 2 years now so it wasn’t something extremely difficult). A few weeks passed and nothing was ordered for the pharmacy. I gave her a break and figured maybe she needed more time to think about my symptoms and finalize my dosage. Yet after the second appointment she did the same thing, she wrote down my pharmacy name and said she would put an order in for the medication. She was also ten minutes late for this phone call. Weeks later there was still nothing and no indication of her putting in my prescription. For the third appointment, I had to reschedule due to a last minute conflict. When the NP called me back, she used the incorrect name. I was very upset and insulted. This was extremely unprofessional and concerning. I emailed her back (through a personal email) and got no response. I am going to pay for these sessions because we are in a pandemic/economic crisis, but overall I would seriously recommend that this practice improves their customer service or organization skills. As it is probable that the patients all have mental disorders or psychiatric illnesses, the practice should be helpful and not cause more anxiety for patients."
