"Today, my daughter hurt her elbow and we went to OSM in Westport. The urgent care center closes at 4:30 and we literally arrived there at 4:30. The office, including the front desk staff and John Carravone were kind of enough to see my daughter, which we greatly appreciated. John took her history and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and reduced her dislocated elbow within minutes. I would highly recommend this urgent care, their practice (Connecticut Orthopaedic Specialists), and John Carravone for any orthopaedic problem going forward! Very professional and skilled!"

He listens to what is hurting me , and he trys to work out a good method of fixing the pain I have . When in the room with him . His complete focus is on me and he does not rush out . "first when calling into the Westport location" means calling trumbull ct and not speaking with someone directly who you know you spoke with over the phone. I made a 4pm appointment arrived early and did paperwork, although it was a follow up visit and they should have my info and make the process easier . at about 4:10 I got called into the examine room, I waited over 20 minutes for the doctor to see me and you would think the conversation would start with a friendly hello and apologies for keeping you waiting??? well no it did not instead the this rude man walks in and says what are you here for? I was puzzled for a second not only are you being unprofessional but if you are the doctor maybe you should of looked at your screen and familiarized yourself with my history and realized I was back for, so I quickly responded to Dr. Nathan P. Douglas , that first I had a 4:00pm appointment , he quickly repeated himself ignoring my comment and he repeated the same rude greeting, I then firmly repeated myself I was so ready to walk out and file a medical complaint against this rude animal but instead I became the professional and ignored his rudeness. my first visit was April 9th,2018 and i had suffered this injury about 5 months prior and I was just hoping the swelling would go away on its on, however it did not so on tApril 9th he recoomended no medication but to be careful and it would heal in about 2-3 months however i went as far as November 5th,2018 and no changes in my injury, to conclude my awful experience with this doctor ( i will be making an appointment with a more reputable,caring and professional doctor . i lost money and time with this unqualified doctor and facility."
