"The management team at MedExcel, under the direction of CEO Anthony Ruvo, must urgently reassess the patient care protocols at their Westport Urgent Care facility. The service level currently offered does not align with the promptness expected from an urgent care provider. With an appointment booked for 1:30 PM, it was dismaying to not be seen until 3:00 PM. The situation was exacerbated when we observed that three individuals, who came in after us, were called in before my 7-year-old. Unfortunately, this isn’t our first time for such an extended wait. This apparent neglect for scheduled appointments and lack of proper patient queueing calls into question the efficiency of the facility's management practices. For anyone in need of trustworthy and quick urgent care, I would recommend reevaluating your choice if considering this particular location. Based on our multiple encounters, it seems that one's time and money should be more effectively utilized at a healthcare establishment that values and prioritizes patient care."
