"NEVER EVER COME HERE!! Came this morning for an emissions test; called before and was told by the phone prompt that quote "no appointment was needed." When I get there though, there was no one to let me know where to go and there were about three different signs (one of which was in cardboard) with different information telling me where the emissions line started. Went inside the office to see if I could get more information, but was only greeted by some woman sitting at an office chair having a personal conversation on the office phone. After standing in wait listening to her conversation, finally the middle aged mechanic pops his head out of the garage to tell me to park my car on the side of the building when all of the signs told me to wait in front of the garage door. I was the only customer in the shop I mind you, and no one even asked me what I was there for or greeted me when I got there . Overall terrible experience with unprofessional people who as far as I can see can't run a functioning emissions center. Something so simple shouldn't be made so difficult to get done, and some customer service skills would've been great as well."
