Colorful Resilience LLC is a health institution located at 201 Park Avenue in West Springfield, Massachusetts, United States. We provide outpatient mental health services primarily to immigrants, 1st generation, BIPOC, and LGBTQ individuals. Our licensed clinicians offer in-person therapy sessions in the Western MA area as well as virtual sessions for clients across the state.

At Colorful Resilience, we believe in the power of resilience - the ability to recover from setbacks, adapt to change, and keep going in the face of adversity. Our team members are fully vaccinated and boosted, and we require proof of vaccination from our clients. Those who are not vaccinated must wear masks in our building or opt for remote Telehealth sessions. We have HEPA air filters in all our physical spaces for added safety.

We do not accept Medicaid (MassHealth) or Medicare plans, as we are dedicated to serving marginalized communities. Our clinicians are proud representatives of the communities we serve, offering a deep understanding of the challenges faced by BIPOC, LGBTQ , first generation, and immigrant individuals.

Colorful Resilience operates on a supportive group practice model, rejecting oppressive service standards in favor of a nurturing and inclusive work environment. We prioritize the well-being of our team members to ensure they can bring their authentic selves to work and best serve our clients.
