"Do not go to this practice!! Dr. Harp was recommended to me by many people. I’ve seen her TWICE a year apart from each other. She is now threatening to call DCF on me because I don’t have my son in autism services. He JUST turned 3, so his EI literally just ended last month. DCF told me I am NOT required to have my son in any services that I do not want. I no longer feel safe or comfortable at this practice. I am so disgusted and honestly can’t even believe that this is happening to me. I literally have done nothing wrong. Parents BEWARE."

"The only thing I miss in this place is Dr. Harp, she is the best dr that helped my kids, otherwise the services is so bad. I moved to another city and we are trying to contact them to release our kids medical records for more than 3 months and they did not do it yet. The options at answering machine never let me speak with any one at the office. Any time I will call it will say the office is currently closed, so far my kids didn’t do their physicals for more than a year because of them no one in my new place accept to set a psychical appointment without their records, so thanks pahc for the bad service."

"Being on hold for 30 minutes is UNACCEPTABLE! I don't care what kind of nonsense they feel it's necessary to keep a person on hold for that length of time...it's ridiculous. I've been in that office multiple times and I've seen phone lines blowing up and they are discussing what they did over the weekend. We are out of there. Been there a total of 18 years with all my kids. DONE"

"I want to thank Evelyn for always being so kind and thorough when we come to West Springfield for an emergency appointment. Brought my girls there today for an ear check, and she was beyond wonderful to us and we are not an easy crowd. All your hard work is much appreciated."

"My problem is not with the doctors but the receptionists. I was looking past it until today. My sons prescription had multiple issues occur with it so I call the West Springfield office to explain just for Dawn (or whatever her name is) to cut me off and when she finally let me explain the issue she was unaware of she said “I don’t know what you want us to do about it.” If you don’t like your job or don’t want to help children and their well-being, then DONT. She’s very much known for her attitude and it’s just unacceptable. Im disappointed to say the least."
