"My son had been going her for over a year, his therapist changed twice. The third on therapist canceled him "mid January " (they told me January 12)because they called twice in 2 weeks and I didn't immediately return her call. Clearly patients well being is not on the arena. I wish I had other options for my son because now he is on a waiting list! My poor son... thank goodness I didn't agree to do his medication through you guys"

"Had an appointment with Jessica Ward tonight. It was our first appointment. It was scheduled for 7pm. Waited in the waiting room for an hour. Finally someone came out and it was a client. I asked if any workers were in the back. She said yes, Jessica. Jessica came out. Never introduced herself and looked confused. I said I had an appointment with you at 7. She said who are you? When I gave her my name she said “oh your appointment was on Monday”. You never showed up so I thought you weren’t interested. WHAT?!? First of all my daughter had soccer practice on Monday and would never agree to a Monday night. I then asked if that was so, then why didn’t you call? She said she never calls when people don’t make the first appointment. She straight lied to my face and didn’t even apologize or own up to her mistake. She asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said no. She is untrustworthy. How can you be a social worker if you can’t even be honest? Totally unprofessional. I went home and confirmed on my notepad that I had written down 4/20 @ 7. The look on her face said it all. She was caught in a lie, and couldn’t even own up to it. I never write reviews, but her dishonesty really bothered me."
