"Doc send a referral and didnt get any call back for more than two months. I called to schedule an appointment with an NP and they said I need to see a therapist first. I called back after my therapist appointment and left a message for Allison who is in charge of scheduling an appointment for NP and she never called me back. I called again and this person was rude and was like you need a referral first, I was like it was sent in two months ago. She was like ok, I will email her and tell her you want to schedule an appointment. Allison, please call me back and help me schedule an appointment."

"My daughters who is 16 had a session at 4pm. We had issues logging on link didn’t work. My daughter asked for a new link..at 4:17!!! Katie said sorry out of office at (4:20)!! At this point my account was charged privately. Would love to post photos but apparently can’t do that here ….Asked to have a supervisor contact me…it was the weekend. Still waiting three weeks later. Was told by Katie that Stacey was going to reach out to me. Yet to hear from anyone. Have proof that my daughter was trying to log in and asking for a new link. Considering she’s a minor I should have been notified prior to a withdrawal from my account. Secondly, instead of my $15 copay there has been $20 taken. If a therapist is paid for the hour why would they be out of the office prior to the appointment being finished. Especially if client is attempting and communicating to log in to her session."
