"I had made an appointment, I checked in for it and both receptionists said I was all set and to wait to be called. I waited over 40 minutes past my appointment time before I went back to the desk to inquire about an update. They said less than 15 minutes and admitted they forgot to check me in. I wanted another 25 minutes before I was finally called in totalling over an hour past my scheduled appointment, causing me to be late for other commitments my family had that day. No apologies, nothing to solve the error. Terrible guest service. If I could leave 0 stars I would."

"Great if you have an appointment or go early in the day... Don't even try if it's after 4 pm..they run with a skeleton staff 5 to 8 pm. Tonight I watched them turn away a mother with a little one and one in a car seat carrier. 3rd and LAST time I'll ever try here after work. Do yourself a favor if it's late in the day. Go elsewhere. Their care manager is very well aware. Dear management ....Don't bother showing a politically correct response to this ongoing issue unless you plan to fix it."

"Service was professional and polite once I was finally seen by the doctor. They took care of me after a loooong wait. The waiting room 'system' needs improvement; I watched multiple people continue to walk in, after I'd already been waiting for over an hour, and they were seen before me. They did not all have prior appointments. It took me 1 hour and 40 minutes to get through the 1st door after a long day of work, with only 2 people in the room ahead of me when I initially arrived. Then it took another 15-20 minutes to see a doctor."

"Simply the best walk in I’ve ever been to! They took care of me right away and right before closing time and I was so grateful for that! During a separate appointment my daughter was seen and I usually just go to her pediatrician but I remembered how sweet they all were during the visit for myself that I knew my daughter would be in good hands with them. They were very sweet, patient, and informative with her. Thank you so much for all that you guys do"
