"I am only rating this practice with two stars instead of one because my therapist is absolutely amazing, and I'm grateful to have been connected with her. The practice itself is unreachable, and billing is unorganized, unprofessional, and unresponsive. I've been over-billed for nearly every session I've had to the point where I've had to pull EOBs and create a spreadsheet to show them why they owe me money. It takes several days and multiple follow-ups to get any kind of answer from billing, and there's never any professionalism or even an actual name of someone that comes back. They will charge you first and ask questions (or not ask questions) later, so exercise caution providing your credit card."
