"FORMER EMPLOYEE : WOULD GIVE IT NO STARS IF I COULD. this company is unorganized, unprofessional and unbelievable. Worked here for 2 months (OnPoint Roadside Assistance & Lightning Roadside work together) and it was nothing short of a headache. I feel bad reading these reviews, I wish these customers knew how hard you work your employees and the lengths we need to go to be paid. I was working 80 hour work weeks, 6 days a week with 7 hours in between shifts up until last week. I’d be scheduled in new haven but be dispatched 30 mins north, only to be sent somewhere like Westport after. This company and OnPoint Assistance work in tandem and I would literally bet my last dollar that neither of these companies care about the customer, I mean just look at how they treat the employees. Still waiting on my last check guys hope you see this.. LOL"

"I was quoted an hour for someone to come (deployed by State Farm) and then when they told me he was a half hour away he finally called 40 minutes later and said he was a half hour away. For the next 2 hours he was unreachable and never showed until State Farm finally told me he cancelled. Then he shows up at my house after I had to call the local police for my lockout and they only took a few minutes to show. Also, the driver called me on my cell a full day later which he had no reason to do."

"Im not a person who writes reviews but this is unexceptionable behavior from this company. Im waiting for 3 hrs at 20 F. I explained I cant feel my feet nor hands and still no one care on their end. I spoke 3 times with their representative and they are saying that someone will contact me shortly but no one called yet. Stay away from ‘this business !!"
