"Too bad. Behavior of the staff isn’t good. I had to wait for one hour after they took me to the room. Had to follow up 3 times and was about to leave, that’s when doctor came to see me. After that, I was supposed to get the blood reports within 3 days. Nobody called me. When I called, I was informed that the report is there, but they cannot read it. So, doctor would review and call me. But I never got a call. I waited and called again after 1 week. As soon as I gave my details, the person became very rude and responded by stating that I was already told that I’ll be getting a call once review is done, that I don’t have patience, doctor is too busy and everyday she is seeing a lot of patients, so I have to wait until doctor gets time to review. Also, the person mentioned that the doctor is her boss and she is not going to follow up, I have to wait as long as it takes. I am planning to change my doctor now."
