"I just delivered my first child and cannot recommend this practice more. All the physicians are amazing; caring, thoughtful, and very experienced. Having a small practice meant I got to know all the doctors who could deliver me. And when you call the office, a person answers, not a long phone menu."
"I'm delighted to share my positive experience with Dr. Khan. Her professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness stood out as she answered all my questions and guided me in the right direction for my needs and concerns. I highly recommend this practice for excellent care!"
"If you are looking for a supportive and caring organization please RUN FAR AWAY AS QUICKLY AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE! This is supposed to be an organization that serves women during moments in their lives when they need as much positive professional support, care and bedside manner as possible; however, the staff at Women's Health Associates in Newtown is incapable of this. From the moody receptionists, to the rude support staff and non-caring doctors; this place will only make a woman (and her family) feel like they are a burden as opposed to a patient who deserves their equal care and support no matter how bad their own day may be going. I am beyond shocked by the total lack of bedside manner and care they have shown my wife. If I had known how awful they would treat her we would have found another organization to support us during our pregnancy journey. You can trust that we will do everything in our power to never have to deal with these awful people again and you should do the same if interested. STAY FAR AWAY!"
"I'm sorry but A LOT of these negative reviews sound like they're coming from miserable, ENTITLED people who have NOTHING better to do then complain. I have been a patient here for YEARS and so has my many of my family and friends and I have NOT once had any bad experiences with either the clerical or clinical staff those old and new. As someone who works in an office setting myself I understand how busy it can be with clients let alone patients that are in need especially since this is ALSO an Obstetrics office, I can only imagine the things that can happen at any given moment. A lot of you people should be more understanding rather than demanding and needy as I can tell from these "reviews" that it's simply YOU and NOT the practice/staff. Stop giving these kinds of reviews on places simply because you did not get your own way and ruining it for others. For those who are looking to see an OBGYN this place is AMAZING from the doctors, nurses, and clerical staff!"
"I rarely would post a review especially a negative one about people in the medical world as I have a great respect for those who care for others . With that said, this place is and has become increasingly disappointing and I have been going to this practice for years . First the people on the phone are always rude. When you check in, again you are greeted with less than friendly people at the reception. Never welcoming. Appointments are never running on time whether it’s morning or day time, weekdays or weekends. I always come a little early out of respect . Sadly the respect of time is never reciprocated. In addition to all this I had an appointment which I came to wearing a KN95 mask . I was diagnosed with Covid over two weeks ago and since completing all CDC protocols I have tested negative twice. I did tell them this at the weigh in which frankly I didn’t even have to .. but I did. Once in the room I was called out by my PA for coming in for my appointment and treated as though I had done something wrong . I was even questioned as to why I didn’t wait another week . Again, I completed and followed all CDC guidelines and in addition wore a mask . I was made to feel upset and uncomfortable. I felt that the visit was unprofessional to say the least. Later I saw my dentist and they were completely fine with it..and they are in my MOUTH. I think the office needs a little updating to match their new location. This time in how to treat the people that keep you having a job !"
