"This place is whack bad customer service,still waiting on parts,its been six months I haven't recieved any of them and they are taking out of my account.I have called them numerous times and no response. From this point I'am force to cancel my account due to bad customer service.The owner Dany does not respond to my messages nor answer my calls.Do not go to this place in Springfield Ma. Bad business gives them a bad name not going here anymore I'm done with this place.They do not know how to run a business."

"I ordered parts on January 13th and still havent received my parts. I call the store and get a run around then told I'm going to look I to it and get back to you. I then never recieved a call back from the store. At this point I'm never doing busy with them again and I've been doing business with them for the last 7 years."

"Horrible, They dont answer the phone, will take your money but when you call about an order nobody is in charge or able to help. Will tell you that they will call you back and dont call back at all. Multiple times i was told my order was being shipped out on several occasions and it never was!! Over the phone service is a joke!! Never again goodluck to you future customers !!"
