"Ordered car battery online...they sent it out for delivery within 2 hours which would have been great but they used an Uber .....never showed up. Store manager followed up and I ended up picking the battery up. Noticed they're trying to hire some of their own drivers so they're dealing with the problem."

"I had a few issues with my jeep so I ordered several things online. Showed up a bit later and everything was ready when I got there. I even installed one thing in the parking lot but needed a couple of tools I didnt have to do it. They were happy to let me borrow what I needed. So far they have had everything I needed in stock and have been very pleasant to deal with."

"Has everything and everyone is extremely helpful. Big Al is the man to see. Had a problem with my digital gauge for my tires and instead of making me buy another one he actually replaced it after a couple years. He said as long as you're happy. Definitely go to the new AutoZone on Parker Street as they had moved from next door and the building is much larger and the staff is amazing. Old location on right. Still in same plaza."
