"Very Rude AND THIEVES .. I went to sell a ring and because he thought I was black he pointed at me and demanded ID as if I didn’t have it or something. So I went and got it and when they estimated the ring they said all they could do is $200 I went to the pawn shop up the block and they took it for $325 it’s sad because I’m Dominican and I know that the only reason the clerk was rude was because he thought I was black and it wasn’t my ring or something weird. "I went there before to buy tools and they treated me o.k. however, I went there the other day to look at a watch. The lady worker that was in charge of the jewelry dept. acted like an old tyrant . She was extremely disrespectful as well very unprofessional . I was kindly asking her questions about the watch that cost almost $6000. I told her that I was asking these questions before I buy the watch because I wanted to know the facts about this watch.She responded very rude and asked me if I was going to buy it , yes or no because she had no time to waste. She stated that she was too busy. To her surprise , I was the only customer there at that moment. She was so called busy which was talking to her co-worker. This lady needs to attend several anger management sessions. She can't deal with customers. On the contrary, she chases customers away from this store. As I told her before she threw me out the store, if you want respect , you must give respect. She has very poor customer service skills. I didn't stooped to her level, extremely low. I really don't know if I will ever purchase anything from that store unless is from a manager there. If she is a manager there, I will kindly take my business elsewhere. Please , customers beware of this rudely old tyrant lady that works in the jewelry dept. She needs to be re-educated."
