"I have never been treated so rudely and unfair in all my years of going into a professional business to see what something was worth , the gentleman with salt and pepper hair Spanish for one didn’t greet me for two he was communicating the process of seeing how much my watch was worth , he said to me how much I would want for it , I told him he immediately said to me “not going to waste your time “ and gave me the watch back told me my item was $45 which was impossible and walked away to help this other Spanish woman. As a African American women who works in customer service myself that was very unprofessional and rude to think regardless if you could help me the service still matters it felt as due to my race and what I was asking he treated me as a brush off and it was unsettling and very disrespectful.
