He is an honest and genuine person who clearly has the best interest of his clients in mind at all times. He took the time to efficiently and adequately explain all the numbers on the page, why certain selections are the best to make, and which options don’t make sense. The office itself is easy to find, parking is a breeze, and inside there is a feeling of comfort and homeliness. The employees all strike a perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism and inspire confidence in their services. "Lied about policy. Denied me access to recorded phone calls of conversations about policy. Made changes to policy after it was cancelled. Added charges after policy was cancelled and this is all documented. The owner Phillip Newton was very rude and disrespectful. Will be filing a complaint with Allstate Corporate and the Department of insurance. No professionalism and horrible experience overall. Do not use in my opinion and would not recommend using this agency for any type of insurance. Deserves 0 stars"
